Our company provides an in-house training refresher course for all of its security staff. This process occurs prior to the appointment and deployment of any security personnel on our premises. Candidates and administrators undertake a rigorous assessment test to ascertain their skill level. Only individuals who have been cleared by Ideco and pass the examinations are considered eligible for employment. Security professionals receive monthly on-the-job training from our operations team. Briefings are held on a daily basis by Site managers and supervisors who conduct refresher courses at our Operations Centre to maintain ongoing expertise in their respective domains.
